Our $99 drain cleaning special includes professional drain clearing for up to 45 minutes of service during normal business hours (7am-4pm Monday-Friday). The special applies to:

• Sewer mains: Must be through an accessible two-way sewer clean-out (no roof access included)
• Sinks: Must be through accessible under-the-sink clean-out (drain hardware removal is an additional charge)

Payment is due upon completion. The special includes a thorough inspection and recommendations for preventing future clogs.
